Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy governs the provision and delivery of digital and creative services by Synexis innovation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to clients worldwide (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

The Company provides digital, creative, and marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Logo Designing

  • Website Design & Development

  • E-commerce Development

  • Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Branding & Packaging Design

  • Content Writing

  • Video Editing

All services are intangible digital services. No physical goods are shipped. Deliverables are provided electronically via secure digital methods.

2. Delivery Timeframe (2–30 Business Days)

All services are delivered within 2 to 30 business days, depending on project scope, complexity, and service package.

  • Small-scale projects: 2–5 business days

  • Mid-level projects: 5–15 business days

  • Large-scale/custom projects: 15–30 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and are confirmed upon formal project approval.

“Business days” refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the Company’s country of operation.

3. Project Commencement

The project timeline begins only after:

  1. Written confirmation of the project,

  2. Receipt of required advance payment (if applicable), and

  3. Submission of complete project information, materials, and credentials by the Client.

Failure to provide required materials may result in delivery delays without liability to the Company.

4. International Clients & Time Zones

Due to global operations, communication and delivery may be affected by time zone differences. Delivery timelines are calculated based on the Company’s official business hours.

The Client acknowledges that response delays may impact final delivery dates.

5. Revisions & Scope Limitations

Revisions are limited to the number specified in the selected package or written agreement.

  • Minor revisions: Typically completed within 1–3 business days.

  • Major revisions or change of concept: May incur additional fees and extended timelines.

Any request outside the original project scope constitutes a new service agreement.

6. Delivery Method

Final deliverables may be provided via:

  • Email

  • Secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive or similar platforms)

  • Website deployment to client hosting

  • Advertising account setup and activation

  • Project management system access

The Company is not responsible for file storage after delivery confirmation. Clients are advised to download and securely back up all files.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Dependencies

The Company shall not be held liable for delays, restrictions, suspensions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting providers

  • Domain registrars

  • Payment gateways

  • Social media platforms

  • Advertising networks

  • Government or regulatory authorities

Approval times for ads, merchant accounts, or verification processes are outside the Company’s control.

8. Acceptance of Delivery

A project shall be deemed completed and accepted when:

  • Final deliverables are sent to the Client, or

  • Website/project is deployed live, or

  • Marketing campaign is activated.

If no written objections are received within 7 business days of delivery, the project shall be considered approved and accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by international law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Delivery Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Company’s country of registration. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
